2 More Sleeps!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since I last saw Dr. Bryce, but it is.  I’m scheduled to see him again on Monday (2 more sleeps) and I guess at that point I’ll get the results of all the tests and a course of treatment for my RLS.

I spoke to Dr. Bryce on Friday as a result of my comments in my blog about the gastro-intestinal side-effects I was dealing with.   He told  me to cut back on one of the supplements (magnesium citramate) to aleviate that problem.  Hasn’t yet, but man it’s been a good cleanse!

Sleep patterns haven’t been exactly what I would hope for.  last night was fine (although the beer at the Blue Jays game might have contributed to a good sleep).  I won’t bore you with the details because they might put you to sleep, but suffice to say, there is no real pattern to sleep at the moment.  I let Dr. Bryce know that too.  I’m not sure he’s really happy about that.   Me being an enigma might be a problem, but then he’s Dr. Bryce and I’m sure he’ll figure me out.

More soon.
